A beginner friendly "back to basics" Reformer Pilates class that will introduce you to the major and basic foundations of the Pilates Principals. Perfect for beginners - but also fantastic for experienced and intermediate members who would like to review and reaffirm their form. Exercises can be scaled in difficulty using the springs - so no matter your level - you will be suitably challenged!

Your Reformer Pilates session is designed to challenge your flexibility and strength, no matter your fitness or ability. Your instructor will be there every step of the way to make sure you feel in control and get the most from every session.

We’ve got your back (literally).
This 45 min session incorporates the use of resistance bands, reformers and magic circles to leave you feeling stretched and conditioned. The perfect balance of toning reformer work & flexibility training!
All are welcome, suitable for any fitness level.

We know how hard it can be to find the time for a movement practise when you have little ones, which is why we offer a range of supervised creche classes throughout the week for our community. Currently these classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9.15am and 4pm.

A Barre class is a low-impact, music-driven workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Moving between the Ballet Barre & the Mat, you’re guided through small, controlled motions—think tiny leg lifts, pulses, and isometric holds that make your muscles shake in the best way. The class often alternates between working your legs, glutes, core, and arms, with stretches woven in to keep your body limber. Even though the movements are gentle and accessible for all fitness levels, the workout delivers a surprisingly intense burn, leaving you feeling strong, aligned, and energized.
